Hello,

I have this message in my online profile :

We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if
we need more information from you.
Your application is taking us longer than usual to process.
About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things
like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests
and whether the application is completed.
------------------------

Anyone of you has ever got this message?

My Application will get delayed too. Only few weeks left and they have not even made me do medical yet!! What’s your timeline ! Thanks

I have applied on Date received: October 1, 2018 and Estimated completion date: October 1, 2019. In February 2019, I passed the medical exam and done Biometrics. Today I got this message on my portal: Your application is taking us longer than usual to process.

And what about file transfer? What visa office?

Oh.... I am also there. They are very slow. Oh Friday my husband sent a web form inquiry and they replied that file under review... have no any idea what it means, but maybe u could try to do it and maybe will get some answers... but since u r over 12 months already u can connect mp.....

I have the same information in my gCKey
My 12 month was completed in august 2019.
So no update till now after biometric

If you aren't seeing updates, contact us using this Web form. Make sure you read your messages and take action when we ask you to.

My wife did all the steps. Now it says review whether you meet the eligibility requirements and we are processing your background check. My wife application processing says 100% complete
Can you guys help me and tell me what is going to happen next? When will she get the PPR? I submitted last year dec 28 2018.
 
Hello fine folks. Have any of you that have posted here requested your GCMS notes, if you havnt i certainly would. You do need to be within canada though. Or you could request your notes the way i have a use http://www.mygcms.com/. They charge a bit more but do it all for you all you are required to do is contact them, fill out your name in the form and your UCI number and wait about a month. Cheers!

The 100% complete is based on the average 12 months processing times. Your application says 100% cause it was probably submitted 12 months ago. Your eligibility is still in progress as you mentioned. When you pass eligibility you'll receive a pre-arrival services letter and PPR could be days or weeks to follow.

Dont worry if you have done your bionetrics and recieved pre arrival InshA Allah in the month of jan first your wife will recieve re medical and after 4 to 5 days PPR
I was in ths same situation
