Ircc ask me to send family info form on 4 sep ,i did that it was first we got it than under review than not applicable
My BG CHanged to your application is in progress
First i got ghost update medical passed
Same day an other ghost update and BG got changed to this ( 13 sep 2021)
Any idea is my eligibility is pass or not???

Probably your eligibility is passed but background check not started.
Yes biometric previously done
And the ask me for family info form
I send that
Than medical pass and same day BG changed
My bg status changed after medical passed same status for more than 60 days and your file is at rroc everybody who has biometric exempted their file goes to rroc
What is RROC?
Is that slow office ?
Any idea why our background changed?

I am not sure not exact timeline from that office some people got it in 2-3 months for some people between 4-5 months.
