Let me share my experience till now with this PR card issuance. Words cannot explain how much I am disappointed, I have already waited 8 years to get my CoPR and now after being in the country i see no other than frustration when it comes to this PR card issuance story. I landed on the 27th of January 2023 (+wife and 2 children). My children and I received the PR card, 1 month and a half after landing without issues, not my wife. We said it's a matter of time and everything will be OK. after 3 months, she started sending web forms to which she got "robotic" replies without any clarification mentioning any issue. She sent a "solemn declaration" by mail to which never got replied to. She called the customer service center and they confirmed that there were no issues with her application and nothing to doubt for, and that it's in progress. 4 months have passed and then suddenly we receive a letter on GC portal asking her to send the CoPR, new photos, and passport scan!!! 4 months have passed for nothing despite all the webforms, solemn declarations and calls!! on the 12th of July on GC portal we received this message, which really means nothing :Final decision - July 12, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made. Almost 6 months now and nothing received!! I can understand that for PR card renewal they may take time to check elligibility, but for new comers why is it taking all that time ? If her photos had issues (which I really doubt, we all had our photo taken at the same place with the same specs), why wait 4 months to know ? Why is it too difficult and mysterious to know the exact progress online, i.e application received, photos approved, pr printing in progress etc..... Really sorry for this very long post

you should be able to see it under the documents tab for each applicant, right below the medical document details.
no, not at all.. it should get updated in few days.. for everyone its different timeline, so for some it gets updated early and for some it takes time..
Waiting for the second portal email too,got my first email portal last week and since then...Nothing,pls let's keep each other updated,my visa office is Sydney and Montreal

I called them and I said i got first and replied they said they can't check my reply so they ask me to wait for second portal ...thats all they say everytine I called them
