I got my eCOPR this early morning at 7AM, must be when the system daily updated or something. Confirmed and submitted the photo on Saturday so 1 day to process.

I am in the same situation, final decision June 26. According to what I have read in this forum, my conclusion is that the date is included because there is already a decision taken and you must wait up to 7 business days to call the IRCC and request the resending of the mail, is it so or am I wrong?

You should now wait for them to send you portal 1, dont need to call or anything, things will proceed pretty fast at this stage

Same date for me for the final decision. CEC Inland and waiting for PPR email.

So does mine, i got portal 1 after 1 day my cic show final decision. I guess your case would be because of the queue volume of VO, it might take a bit longer but you will get it

Update: Finally got 1st email today!
My profile was showing Final Decision - June 17, 2023.

I guess it'll take longer for me to receive email 2 (portal), since I had to notify that we just had a child 3 weeks ago here in Canada.
