It just show this thing and on background check it shows -- we are reviewing your background
Yeah that looks like that’s on the GCkey account. That won’t be updated most probably until the application is closed. Did you check your tracker? Can you see COPR Document number and date of expiry?

create an account. You’ll need UCI and Application Number. Then login. Lmk if this works
What type of application did you submit? Express entry or non express entry?
I’d recommend you try again. Don’t type your uci and application number. Copy paste it from your GCkey account.

just for information,i sent the confirmation information on july 25th, today i receive an email asking me to send them again knowing that the first sent is on IRCC review, a new entry has been created for the new confirmation information.
i don't know what's going wrong but i sent them again...
