Yet to get PR and got job offer without LIMA

I got my PR ITA with the score in base of my LIMA job offer and 1 year work experience (in Canada) in express entry. I got ITA in March 2020. I am yet to get COPR but have not received. And I recently got a job offer which is not LIMA based. If I accept that offer, does it affect my PR application anyways? My status of PR is Biomatric and Security incomplete. Rest of all is done.

Did you get 50 points for your LMIA current job? If you did get 50 points to keep your PR, you must have that job for one year after PR.
