Wrong NoC Code Entered

Hi, I had applied for Canada Immigration under skilled worker category in November 2011 but my file was returned by CIC in January 2012 saying that i do not qualify.

But after going through the papers i came to know that my agent had entered the wrong NOC Code due to which my file got returned. Though i have got my money back from CIC, but the money paid to agent has gone waste.

What should i do since the immigration is closed for now?

Write a letter to your consultant asking for a full explanation as to how they let an error like this occur.

Wait for their response and if they do not offer a full refund for their negligence write to them again explaining that due to their negligence you want a full refund.

If they refuse take them to court.
