Wrong input in family information

Hi everyone, i hope you can help me with my problem, i hope someone who is in my situation like this can give me some advice..thanks in advance for that.. I am a november 2013 applicant, got my aor last dec 2013. When i filed my papers in the family application for my wife, i checked the box spouse but then i still put my name as the applicant and my wifes name as my wife, instead of putting her as the applicant. I just found out last week that i should put her as the applicant for her family information papers. Can this be a problem with our application? Plss help.. Can this be considered as misrepresentation of documents?

Are you the Principal Applicant or is it your wife and you just filled out the forms??

I am the applicant. I filled out the form on my own no any representatives help.
