Wrong address in GCMS notes

I received my GCMS notes and i found that they still have the address for my PR application 4 years ago

However in e-cas they have the right address - is it normal or should i contact them to correct

I guess a triage means something on one's application triggers a red flag so that it needs more attention. One reason is discrepancies in information, i.e. address on file is different from the one provided. But I guess there is nothing to worry about. If you are really paranoid, I would call the call center to double check.
