can i write the whole answers in capital letters for listening and reading portion, or examiner will deduct my points if i write in capital letter

You may write in Upper or Lower case letters - but I would be consistent with it.

it depends upon you in which case you write your answers for Listening & Reading Section . but Spells must be correct .
