Actually I went to canada in March 2019 on company visa, on basis of that my wife came to canada on spouse based open work permit. After few months my company called me back to India but my wife didn’t come and continue her job there.

Yes you can attempt to return to Canada. There is always a chance you can be denied entry ifCBSA realizes you are no longer working for the company and seems like you haven’t in 6+ months.
