If your permit is still valid but you can’t work.

One more thing I want to know, Is there any process that I can apply for other closed work permit with different employer without LMIA.
As I already cleared lots of interview and they are ready to help me without LMIA.

No - you need an approved LMIA.

What should I do now my company is calling me back and I don't want to go back as I had already wrapped up things from there.
Is there any way I can stay here and get some job for my lively hood.

No, you cannot get a job in Canada without status. You will be working illegally if you work without status, and that will affect all future applications (Visa/PR/Citizenship).

How long did you work on the ICT Work Permit? Do you qualify for Express Entry (either FSW or CEC)?

Definitely I don't want to do any illegal work.

I worked here only for 3 months.

No.

You need to find an employer who is willing to go through the process.

If your you find an employer you are usually looking at a 4-6 month process with no guarantees.

If you have a valid TRV, you can go as a tourist (obviously once flights and borders reopen). You will not be able to work.

And thats fine if I will not be able to work there since my wife is already working there.
My only concern is, Is there will be any problem on immigration as I have left that company which has filed my visa

How did your wife get a WP?

Actually I went to canada in March 2019 on company visa, on basis of that my wife came to canada on spouse based open work permit. After few months my company called me back to India but my wife didn’t come and continue her job there.
