So there's a problem with my passport where my first name is written as my surname and no given name or middle name is there. So basically according to my passport, my name would be Mr. (My given name used as surname) thats it. I have name problems in visa and ID of the place I am presently residing in also. I got an affidavit form created which lists my names as follows:-
1. (Given Name) - (Name as mentioned in high school certificates and passport)
2. (Given Name) (Middle Name) - (Name as mentioned in undergraduate transcripts)
3. (Given Name) (Last Name) - (Name as mentioned on my visa)
4. (Given Name) (Middle Name) (Last Name) - (Name as mentioned on my ID)
I got it attested however, do you think that this will create problems for my student visa? Thanks.
