If someone landed in Sep 2016 for 10 days
Stayed in home country and rentered Canada in November 2018. Will he be reported for not meeting RO? (1)

If he leaves again and re-enters in 2019 to stay and meet his RO
Would be he reported (2)

Please advise regarding the two entries 1 and 2

1. No, because you would have 3 years to meet your RO.
2. No, if it was before Sep 2019
