Yesterday I have been treated like a shit by one of the call centre agent. She belittled me literally after the I was feeling so inferior. She was not helpful since beginning of the conversation plus very rude and unempathetic. Canada is country of kind and very polite people but she was so harsh.......OMG. She said why you are calling so often, I have no updates for you. I said should I hangup the call than she said ok.
I told her my processing bar showing 100% since two week. And since September my all checks are done. I came Canada when my younger daughter was only three years old and she is six years. I am frustrated and wanted to see my family as soon as possible. BUT nothing has affected her, she was technically bullying so I may not call again.
My question is where should I go than. My work permit is expiring so does my health card.
I couldn't sleep whole night because of her very harsh tone.I know some jobs are very hard but as human being we should try to be the reason so someone believes in the goodness of people. I am waiting since March 2019 away from my kids and spouse. I think I shouldn't be treated this way.
