Worried !!

I am an Aug 2013 applicant. I applied for my GCMS notes on 25th Jan 2014. I sent ATIP-AIPRP a reminder email on 27th Feb 2014 and second reminder on 6th Mar 2014. Today, I got the below response from ATIP-AIPRP:

We sincerely apologize for having taken so long to respond back to and thank you for your email
Please be advised that we are currently waiting for the requested documents to be received by our office. Once received, it will be reviewed and made available to you. Please rest assured that we are working diligently to provide you the requested information as soon as possible.

Do I need to be worried as everybody else is receiving the responses by 30 days?

No need to be worried, this has happened before to other applicants as well. Just an fyi those ATIP guys are not that good on their word. So just hang in there and stop worrying.
