I sent degree certificate and marksheet in the same sealed envelope by my university JNTU. While degree cert was accepted , marksheet was not..reason mentioned WES received marksheet in an opened envelope..how can that be possible? One doc accepted and other doc kept in same sealed envelope was not accepted.
