I am going to start my application for my working Visa. I am here in the Philippines. I was in Canada before and worked as Room Attendant. But my work permit was not renewed that time because the unemplyment rate was too high. So I decided to apply for Study Permit. But unfortunately, it was denied/refused. Question, Will my recent refusal of Study Permit affects my work Permit application? I am nervous, because my work permit expired on August 15, 2017 but I arrived here in the Philippines on January 20, 2018 because the refusal letter only came out on January 16, 2018. Am I consider as overstay? Please help.
