Working under Co-op Work Permit

Hi all,


I am currently enrolled in my final summer semester to complete the internship needed in order to graduate from the program. Knowing that my school status is no longer full time. Am I still eligible to work a maximum of 20 hours per week on top of my internship?

I have done a bit research and found that I may still be eligible to work up to 20 hours when I am registered as a part time student if I am in my final semester before graduating on a school's website. I also found another statement saying that I may still work a max of 20 hours per week while completing my internship hours on another school's website.

Pretty much every information I find online differs from each other. Can somebody please help me and give me some legal advise??

So you are on your Co-op term? If so aren't you still considered full-time?
All my Coop terms show up as I am registered full time in the record. So could you please double-check on that?

Yes, i'm enrolled in my summer term right now and the only course I have on file is the co-op course for this term. I checked the confirmation of enrollment letter that's on my school's online system. My status is shown as part-time.

hmm that's strange... im not sure if there are differences among coop terms... sorry that i dont have enough information to help you
