I am currently enrolled in my final summer semester to complete the internship needed in order to graduate from the program. Knowing that my school status is no longer full time. Am I still eligible to work a maximum of 20 hours per week on top of my internship?
I have done a bit research and found that I may still be eligible to work up to 20 hours when I am registered as a part time student if I am in my final semester before graduating on a school's website. I also found another statement saying that I may still work a max of 20 hours per week while completing my internship hours on another school's website.
Pretty much every information I find online differs from each other. Can somebody please help me and give me some legal advise??
