Hello good day to everyone i have a question or need advice im planning to work outside canada im a permanent resident and staying in canada for almost 3 years now..if i were to work outside for 2years do my permanent resident will be lost?

No. You can remain out of Canada for up to 3 years and still meet the Residency Obligation. If you stay out for more than 3 years, you will no longer meet the RO and your PR status will be at risk.

No, as long as you comply with the published residency obligation requirements. These are well documented on the IRCC website.
