I have recently filed an EOI under express entry program and have few queries regarding the process. For instance, if i receive an eTA on 18-Sep-2019 and file my E-AOR by 31-Oct-2019.
However, the catch is that I have recently got a job opportunity in Dubai which i want to pursue from Nov-2019 onwards and hence have following queries:
Q-1 - Am i still be eligible for PR in case i move out of India for a job opportunity?
Q-2 - Will it have any effect on my application i.e. EOI or EAOR?
Q-3 - If Yes, in how much time should do I have to get the PR card?
Q-4 - Can i come back and work here after getting my PR?
Q-5 - Do i have to get any work experience certificates / police verification, etc. from Dubai even if i file my E-AOR before leaving for Dubai?
Please suggest.
