what do you mean exactly by extend work permit ? Do you mean you are applying for a PGWP ? What is your current status in the country as you need to provide more information

I am a student on 2 year study program, and I will have a 3 year work permit after that, now if I have found a job in a restaurant, will that allow me to ask for PGWP extension for more years until I find a real job ?

The Post-Graduation Work Permit Program is a one-time opportunity for international students who graduate from certain Canadian post-secondary institutions. If you are awaiting a decision on your CEC application and your post-graduation work permit is about to expire, you may be able to apply for a bridging open work permit.

Bridging open work permits allow qualified applicants whose work permits are about to expire to keep working while they wait for a final decision on their permanent residence application.

So what is being said here is you cannot extend the PGWP itself but if during your time on that permit you have in process as in this example a CEC application you could qualify for a bridging permit when the PGWP expires waiting on the CEC processing. So in answer to your original question unless you apply for PR during your PGWP you cannot extend your working stay based on the PGWP. Also as far as Candian experience goes if you expect to use a restaurant job as Canadian experience suggest you read up on what NOC the job would be classfied under to even qualify as experience.

No. You can't extend your PGWP. If you want to work past the dates of your PGWP, your employer will need to obtain an approved LMIA so that you can apply for a closed work permit. A closed work permit is very different than a PGWP and only allows you to work for the employer who obtained the LMIA for you.
