Working in Different Location from specified in Work permit for same customer

Hi,

i have work permit with specified work location,But as my wife is working in different Work location ,can i work in different location for the same customer rather than specified in the work permit for atleast 5 days in a month connecting remotely from home (Work from home).Will it leads to any legal issues Huh

Please Help ..!!!!
