I have a clarification related to filing for express entry for Alberta
We are planning to move to Canada and my husband is getting transferred to Calgary for a client project in IT. His company head office is in Toronto and does n't have any office in Alberta. His job is an international transfer and we both are done with our IELTS and got a good score 8+
We are considering filing for Express entry and how would our situation be considered.
Since he has a job for close to 2 years (we lost 3 months already from Visa issuance) , can he apply for AOR or AINP, if we indicate Alberta as our preferred province to stay.
Alternatively if we consider Ontario, since we are not residing in ON region, hence not sure if we can get ITA from ON PNP.
Additionally, do we need any other supporting documents from Employer while filing the PR since his company is not based out of Alberta
We also need to know how long the AoR will take to process, since his job is transferable. In case if we get an invitation and if we move out of Alberta, will our application be\ disqualified?
