My boyfriend got his letter giving him his working holiday visa, and he has to enter Canada by 9 February 2019 to ‘activate’ the visa. He is planning on going in Jan 2019.
The government website says he needs to bring copies of the supporting documents he submitted with his application, in case the immigration officer in Canada wants to check these. Does anyone know how to download the documents from the application online portal? (or if it’s even possible to download the documents?)
He has everything except the family information form (it was saved on his computer but he thinks he may have deleted it).
Will it be a problem if he doesn’t have this document? Would it be worth completing the form again to take with him when he goes to Canada?
