Hello! I want to become a participant of canadian program Working Holiday Canada, I am from Ukraine. Must I use any agency for applying or I may prepare documents self?
And what's documents must I provide to the embassy to apply for a visa?

The IEC program hasn't opened yet for the Ukraine. The website states "early spring" so maybe March or April. Check the website often:

Yes, this program is new for Ukraine. On my opinion it's realy great program to get expience in international company

You definitely don't need to go through an agency. The forms are very straight forward.

Have some difficulties in filling out the Work Permit Application form.
1) UCI/Client ID field - what does this ID mean?
2) I am not sure about DETAILS OF INTENDED WORK IN CANADA section. I do not have a job offer or prospective employer yet, as I want to to find the job on arrival. Should I leave those fields empty?
3) Employment. I am a student and I worked only in US as a participant of Work and Travel program. However, I do not have any paychecks or contacts of my US employer. Should I leave this fields empty also?

1. Leave blank unless you have been Canada previously and were issued an Immigration document. It would look like xxxx-xxxx
2. Put N/A
3, Put N/A don't leave blanks, if it doesn't apply, put N/A
