If your on a scheduled break, you can work full time. It depends on when your program is full time.

how do i know this? cause i worked fulltime during last year spring and summer semesters them continue my 20hours a week in fall

Do you have a TRV? So was your program on a scheduled break last year when you worked full time? Did you go to school?

my TRV has expired i dont even know if it was a scheduled break

Apply for new TRV. You need to ask your school when your scheduled breaks were. Assume you went to school for Fall and Winter Sessions.
