Working for an Indian company while OCI in progress

Hi - I would like to know if anyone has faced a similar situation. Has anyone worked in India with the Canadian citizenship in progress? How do you deal with OCI application?

You should check with FRRO about this. Normally you need to be resident Indian(6 months) in India to apply for OCI. Not sure about the rules for an already resident Indian. Working in India would get trickier once your citizenship application gets approved.

Thank you, hope there is no residency requirement in applying for an OCI in Canada.
