Hi guys, Please i currently work at a truck shop as a customer service co-ordinator which is more like the shop admin assistant and service writer. I have been here for 12months now and still no job offer from the main company, I GOT THE JOB FROM AN AGENCY. They pay my wages and take out my tax contributions. My question now is: - Can i use this to apply for PR under CEC? - Who is to issue the reference letter? The agency or my manager at the shop? - My job duties on the company website just states customer service duties but i do some administrative duties as well, 85% of the time. What NOC Code can i apply under? -There is no mention of a customer service coordinator noc code on the noc website. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT PLEASEEEE.
