I have been working for a Canadian company as a web developer for 3 years. I spoke to them regarding my interest in moving to Canada and they said they'd be happy to have me there and would help me with my visa processing. I'm just curious as to how I can proceed from here. Can anyone help?

Your company needs to look at the Intra Company Transfer. They need to show that you are senior management/executive or a knowledge worker and that they couldn’t hire someone from Canada. They apply for a exempt LMIA and then you apply for a closed work permit. Get your HR department involved as they need to first determine if they are eligible.

Have you been working for them remotely for three years or do they have offices in your home country?

If they do not have offices in your home country and you have always been a remote worker, then the ICT visa described above won't work and they will need to secure an approved LMIA in order for you to qualify for a work permit.

Otherwise have them try for the ICT as said above.
