I am asking this question on behalf of my friend.
In Ontario foreigner worker -employer job offer stream, it says the applicant should have 2 years relevant working experience, and it can be cumulative. My friend has several working periods during last five years. Can he combine full time and part time working experience to meet the two years requirement.
The two years working experience means 1560 hrs per year ?
Also he is working for the employer now with work permit. Does the employer have to demonstrate recruitment efforts?
