worked 30hours+/week during 3rd,4th year BE civil,Will it be considered as work experience?

I was working more than 30hrs/ week during my 3rd year and my 4th year of doing my civil engineering in India.

There were hardly any classes and luckily I got a job and I started working, I cleared all my exams by 2015 NOV.

I can show offer letter and experience letter. Will this be considered as work experience for EE profile?

I'm talking about India. I did my civil engineering (full-time) in India from 2011-2015.
I started working at 2013 mid to 2015.
Will they consider this as experience?
