work visa issued in two weeks

Hello Guys,
Me and my husband had applied for a work permit on 5th November and luckily they issued our visa very fast today.They have sent my husband an approval mail but since I also had applied for an open work permit I did not get any separate email.My question is wether the spouse who applies for an OWP with her husbands application gets a separate approval mail.Please help me in this.

I am asking this because, I also applied for TWP as I have postdoc job offer. I applied online from USA.
My job is also in biologist field.

My wife has also applied for OWP-spousal from chennai ... and the spread sheet says for the past one month time period for OWP is near abt 20-25 days ....is tht so ?? n if we get a MR ... will the status on VFS tracker b the same ??
