I am holding post-graduate work permit which is valid till august 31st 2019. But my work visa on passport is valid till april 27 2019.
I have applied for permanent residency under express entry (cec-inland) back in june 2018 (aor-june 19th). Given I still have not received my permanent residency.
What should i do under this circumstance? Should I request to extend my work permit in march 2019? If by then I still have not received permanent residence?
I talked to a CIC agent today (behaved very rudely unforunately) he told me the wait could be as long as april 16th 2019. A bunch of other people who applied in june 2018 received similar response.
