I have more than 7 years work experience in BPO as Team Leader . My work experience letter which I received from my employers not stated the salary, duties and Full time as per CIC requirement . I received work experience stating my designation , duration on company letterhead.
I have contact the HR they said reference letter can't be changed as this format is corporate format, all they can do is if they received any email regarding my background verification they will answer all details over email.
Just wanna confirm is that Ok if HR is ready to revert my duties and other details over email or its mandatory all details should be on reference letter.
Also please confirm is Team Leader and supervisor is a same designation so that I can choose my appropriate NOC code.
