work proof ? Need help ?

Hello
i am working since 4 years in pharmaceutical company as marketing manager.My problem is i have worked 3 years without any contract and not officially.But i got salary in cash.from last one year company hire me officially.so how can i show my working experience 4 years.i am sure my company will support me only last one year with written proof.if i used 3 years experience from other company where i did nt work and if they will support me written and cic varification.so will i am in trouble?

if you cannot provide bank statement/ payslips or some thing that shows that you worked from a company you may not claim the experience IMO. Just a letter may not do. Also getting a letter from some one to fill that period may land you in trouble since you are submitting false information. If things do not work then they may disqualify you for ever in future
