No.

She needs to apply to restore her status in Canada first. If she has been out of status for more than 90 days, it's too late to restore status and the only option is to leave Canada.

In that case she basically has to get the restoration application into IRCC by the end of the day today. The restoration application has to be received by IRCC by the 90th day and she has almost no time left. If approved, the restoration application will allow her to remain in Canada legally as a visitor. If she misses this window, her only option will be to leave Canada.
