I have a complicated situation, and I question and I need advice. I have a Visa but it’s a Visitor Visa and because it’s going to expire this October I renew it right away.
A future employer apply for LMIA for me and they got approved this October 10. 2018.
My question is my application for the extension of my Visitor Visa is not yet approve, What is the best thing to do if I apply for a Work Permit? And how to apply? Can I do it by myself to apply a Work Permit? Someone saying I need to go to Immigration Consultant for applying my Work Permit.
I need advice and help, I don’t know what to do.
