Heloooooo everyone

I am going to apply for 2 year Med course in Vancouver university. I want to take my husband along with me as depandent.He want to apply for open work permit. He is Bachelor Degree holder and doing business in Dubai . We are from India .

1. I want to fly along with him. What are the procedures for this and how should we apply ?
Can we apply the work permit from india itself ??
Or
2. If he come with me as a visitor and applies for work permit . Is it possible ??? How long it takes??

3. Is there any other options for us??
4. I want to apply for the sept intake. Can I apply for the same course in different universities or colleges ??

1.applying from homecountry
Or
2.after comng as a visitor in canada
We don't want to take a chance

I hav one last question
If I get pregnant during my 'post work permit ' days .How will it affect my work permit ??
Is there any restrictions or rules related to it ??
