I have viewed all information on the cic website regarding work permits.
I just need some clearance on the following, before applying for the permit:
I am working for a South African company, and will continue working for them as the type of work is all online. The company knows that I plan on relocating to Canada and they confirmed that I will keep my job.
Is it possible to apply for a work permit under this condition, seeing that it is not a Canadian company? Do I than apply as a business person?
