Hi Guys,

Can you plea any one clear my doubt. I was a student in canada and later I got 3 years post study work permit which is about to expire in few months. I didnt file my PR yet because of this express entry I have only 385 point. My question is I can gov as a student again and do I get 3 years work permit if does that.? or my wife joined me last year and she got dependent open work permit she can switch in to student visa? do I get dependent open work permit?

Please anyone let me know.

You can go back to school(you should be in graduate school) and your spouse can extend her open work permit. She can be the maine applicant later and both of you can go to BOWP later if you didn't get your PR by then. But about "my wife joined me last year and she got dependent open work permit she can switch in to student visa"I am not so sure
