I came here in Canada last 2009, and I been working in same company til present but inder a low skilled only. I had a plan to enroll as PSW which the class will start this march and end this aug. my question is, if I will complete my short course and got an employer do I need to have a work permit or the immigration will still issue a work permit even though I have been here for 5 yrs?
