work permit

Hello friends! !!
I am aaftab and recently completed my engineering in electronics and telecommunication branch. I am planning to do a 2yr diploma course in Canada but I have heard that even if I complete a 2yr diploma course in Toronto I only get one year work permit. (This clause is only for Toronto). Is it true? Please reply ASAP.

no it's not true. you will get 3 years work permit for sure. i also came in canada based on study permit, so you are most welcome in canada.
