I applied for a Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) on March 12, 2026, and it was withdrawn on July 9, 2026.

The withdrawal letter states:

"You have been granted Permanent Residence in Canada. As such your application has been withdrawn."
However, my GCKey account still shows my PR application as in progress. I have not received an eCOPR, a PR Portal invitation (Portal 1 or Portal 2), or any final decision.

Our PR application is a family application. According to my GCMS notes, all of my assessments (eligibility, medical, criminality, and security) were passed in October 2025. At that time, my spouse's security screening had been referred to CBSA.

I've written to IRCC about my withdrawal but only got the auto-reply" we're working on processing application as quickly as possible..." they didn't answer my question.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
