Work Permit unskilled job offer

Dear Friends,

Received an offer from a Canadian employer, offering a low skilled job offer.
Employer says LMO is not required.

Employer asked to fill workpemit application for Open Workpermit and offer is valid for 5yrs.

Is this true?
Kindly provide your inputs.

I am not sure about the details, but if he ever ask you to pay even one dollar then it's fake. For foreign workers the maximum employment duration is 4 years in Canada,I don't know if jobs that do not need LMO are exempted from this.Anyway try to look into service canada & CIC site to check if this offered job do not need LMO

Employer is not asking for a single penny, Could not justify if the job profile is LMO exempt or not.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible to supervise and coordinate activities of household employees as the head of house hold staff. Also to inform and give instructions in work methods and routines to other employees i.e: Cooks, Cleaners,Laundry supervisor, and gardeners.

As the head of house hold staff,you will be ordering foodstuffs and cleaning supplies and keeps record of expenditures. Most importantly you will take proper care of the children and take them out for sport and other activities which they prefer. the above are the job responsibilities which you have to take in charge

Package CAD 4500 per month.
