Work Permit / LMIA attaced

Dears,
Need your advice on work permit (with LMIA). The consultant offers to my friend on reasonable amount. he has below quires;

> Can some-one get job if he will avail the facility. Actually, the Work permit is just document for immigration not a valid job offer......(although! it fulfills all Canadian WP requirement)
> What if it will be fake? "definitely disqualify from the pool"
> What is the best way to check it, either it will be ok or not??
> Should he avail the facility or not?? or wait for POOL-Draws.... he has a score of 355....

If the LMIA is fake - you will be refused and receive a 5 year ban from Canada for misrepresentation.

It is illegal for someone to charge money in exchange for an LMIA and most of these LMIAs are fake.

The best option is to avoid using a consultant and work with a company directly to obtain a job offer and approved LMIA. Then you will know the LMIA is real.

And the employee? Was there an interview?
