I am very frustrated and confused by this guys this is my first time applying online for study permit application and I followed each and every step for the application, but after submission of the application I clicked on help for final decision in application/profile details option and I got the information described for work permit application. I don't know whats wrong with this but Its really confusing. I am attaching the screenshots for your reference. (Right click on image and click on "open image in new tab" for clear resolution).
and After I clicked on it then it shows
