Thank you for this information! I called but they don’t tell you anything past background check processing. If you call now does it say passport request?

Sent passports to LA VAC: Oct 22
Received stamped passports in NYC: Oct 28

I gave my biometrics on Sep 14 in Seattle and I am still waiting. When you called IRCC, how did you start the conversation? Did they ask you for details from where you are calling etc?
Congrats..! my case is still hanging..no update... sometimes i dont understand why some people case get delayed... its 2 months now where actual timeline is 5-6 weeks.. really interesting..
is there a way to call them from US and check? I have representative, what all information IRCC need?
I tried calling but never got an agent, you can try as well...i used this app https://www.textnow.com/messaging and calling from canada option. their system seems opaque or overwhelmed. I can understand your frustration, good luck, hope they get to your case soon.
