In the work history portion of this form- as I understand it I am to record the periods I was working, unemployed and a student. I have lived in both Canada and the U.S. under the same period of unemployment. Since it is asking me to record location, am I to create separate entries for the same period of unemployment if the location of my unemployment changes?
